If you are from IT background you must have seen the software developer and project managers sitting near you and how they work.

Do they work any differently than you do?

Everyone has their own way of working; they might be using some tools specific to their work and some are common technical tools. Computer, Excel, Search Engine, Project management, etc. and so many.

They use their knowledge and skills and perform the task like software testers does.

Do you use the word manual with any of their work?

  • Manual Development
  • Manual Project Development
  • Manual Flying
  • Manual Investing
  • Manual Diagnosing

and the list can be so long.

  • Don’t disrespect the things you do by adding an adjective and making it feel like as if the work has no value
  • When you dive deep, you will find there is a lot to be done with deep thinking and your skills

I don’t have a problem with the adjective but the problem it causes with people forming perception is wrong.

Why this kolaveri kolaveri di?

Either you change all of them or change here and remove the word from Software Testing itself.

I do prepare some memes on Instagram and videos on YouTube. Do subscribe and follow and share feedback
